Yes. Andrew can review the event schedule in advance and coordinate the DJ and music-related details with PR agencies, event planners, hotel teams, production crews, venue staff, and sound engineers.

Music and cues can be planned around guest arrival, presentations, speaker entrances, awards, performances, scheduled transitions, and after-party timing. Technical details such as access, setup, soundcheck, and audio connections can also be confirmed with the appropriate production contact.

Andrew provides the equipment required for his DJ performance and usually connects to the venue or production company’s professional sound system.

A complete event sound system, microphones, speakers, mixing equipment, and on-site audio technicians are not automatically included. When additional sound support is required, the options can be discussed based on the venue, guest count, schedule, and event format. Andrew can also coordinate with the venue, production team, or a suitable sound provider.

Andrew’s primary role is DJ performance and music coordination rather than full-service event hosting. Brief, pre-arranged announcements can be accommodated when appropriate.

For events requiring extensive hosting, bilingual presentation, games, audience interaction, or detailed stage management, a dedicated professional MC is recommended. Andrew can coordinate the music and scheduled cues directly with the MC.

It is best to inquire once the event date, venue, and approximate schedule are known. High-demand dates, large events, and projects requiring additional production coordination benefit from earlier planning.

Short-notice inquiries are also welcome, subject to availability and the time required to confirm the venue and technical arrangements.
